Naples-based shipyard, Palumbo Group, launched two all-new Columbus vessels: the second hull of Columbus 40 Sport Hybrid yacht with lovely interiors designed by Hot Lab, as well as the all-new Columbus 57m Classic yacht with interior design by 4C-Francesca Cianficconi. Both vessels feature hydrodynamics, engineering and exterior design by Hydro Tec-Sergio Cutolo.

Italian shipyard CRN, the builder of steel and aluminium pleasure vessels between 50 and 90m in length, launched its latest project on May 9 2015, holding a private ceremony in Ancona, the brand new 55m motor yacht Atlante (hull No. 134). With naval engineering by the yard’s in-house Engineering Department and beautifully designed by acclaimed Nuvolari Lenard, this amazing superyacht features amazingly strong, unmistakable personality. She will now undergo the last fitting-out activities and technical sea trials.

The prominent yacht builder, Heesen Yachts present their new 50m Fast Displacement motor yacht Nova (project name), the first vessel in a new series of Heesen yachts. The keel of the all-aluminium YN 17850 superyacht was laid in the presence of the ABS surveyor at the Heesen facility in Oss in February 2015 and her construction is due to be completed by Spring 2017.

They are also very enthusiastic about their 50m superyacht Superconero and the 50m Dislopen Special Edition yacht, which are the product of their collaboration as well.

Codecasa Shipyards are currently working on the construction of the first 50m Vintage Series motor yacht Gazzella (hull C 121, Project Falcon), superbly designed by the yard’s in-house team and her delivery is scheduled for July 2015. Representing the perfect balance between past and present, this amazing superyacht is a bigger sister ship to the 2011 42m luxury yacht Magari (hull F73) and the 2013 42m Hull F75 yacht Libra. Fitted with Zero Speed Stabilisers, Hull C121 Gazzella superyacht is able to achieve a maximum speed of 17,5 knots, thanks to her twin Caterpillar 3512C marine engines, 2365 HP each at 1800 rpm.
