This steel round-bilged motor yacht with an aluminium superstructure will have a large wheelhouse and partly covered aft deck. The interior layout of the Mulder 68 Wheelhouse is carefully considered to optimise the already spacious feel. Shipyard Mulder in the Netherlands has launched a new Mulder 73 Wheelhouse built for a owner who is known for his love of surprises. The distinguished and relaxed appearance of the yacht gives little inkling of the power that resides within. Concealed within the heart of the vessel are twin Caterpillar C12 engines that together offer some 1430 horsepower. These contribute to Float’s exceptional performance for a yacht of this type, with a top speed of no less than 24 knots.
