AmelsAmels has sold the first Sea Axe 6711, a 67-metre Fast Yacht Support vessel. The vessel will be build by Damen Shipyards and is the largest vessel in the Sea Axe range, the Sea Axe 6711 boasts 360 square metres of exterior deck space and 140 square metres of interior deck space, and will comfortably accommodate up to 21 crew and staff.

Perini NaviPerini Navi has just announced the launch of the 56 metre aluminium ketch Melek, the 50th unit in the fleet and the 9th of the series. The private launching ceremony of the superyacht will be held on Saturday July the 17th at Perini Navi’s facility in Viareggio.

MoonenMoonen Shipyards has been commissioned for a unique project to finish a 120 ft yacht designed by Bill Dixon which was started by Royal Denship in Denmark before bankruptcy. Around a quarter of the semi-displacement motoryacht had been completed when the Danish yard went into administration in June 2009.

JongertTuesday 30th March 2010 Jongert Shipyard launched MY Lucia-M, a 39 metres motor yacht type 3900MY. Lucia-M is the first motor yacht of these dimensions ever built by Jongert. The motor yacht line has been developed by the yard at the specific request of several customers who appreciate the design of the Jongert sailing yachts but prefer a motor yacht.
