World Launch of Bavaria 40 & UK Launch of Bavaria 38 in London

Clipper Marine, the official UK distributors of Bavaria sailing yachts, will be celebrating the New Year at the Collins Stewart London Boat Show. Bavaria Yachtbau, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of pleasure yachts has selected Clipper Marine to host the world launch of the stunning Bavaria 40 cruiser and UK launch of the new Bavaria 38 cruiser.

The new Bavaria 40 and 38 cruisers are the hot new models available for viewing at the Collins Stewart London Boat Show on stand N002. Bavaria Yachtbau, celebrating 30 years of boat manufacturing during 2008, has already taken over 200 orders off plan for each of these extremely popular models. Clipper Marine will also be exhibiting the Bavaria 31, 34, 42 and 46 cruiser yacht models and the Bavaria 44 vision at the Show.

The new Bavaria 40cruiser features a new hull- and a new deck design, throughout. The new and modern design includes traditional and functional features, combined at its best. It will be an easy and fun to sail cruising yacht without compromising any of the highly specified Bavaria standards.

Very striking is the new coachroof. With plenty of hatches and windows we achieved spacious and lighter cabins with an excellent ventilation.

The standard and easy to handle main-sheet-system, combined with 6 winches in the cockpit, offering pure sailing pleasure even for shorthanded sailing.

The cockpit with the transom hatch that lowers to the bathing platform and the large cockpit featuring plenty of room to work and to sit comfortably for relaxed sailing.

The high quality interior in real wood and the spacious and light salon create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The chart table has also a new design. The aft cabin and the enlarged head provide more storage space and improved ventilation.

Clipper Marine will also be hosting the annual Bavaria Owners Party on January 12th at 5pm on their stand (N002). Existing and new Bavaria owners are all welcome.
