Sunseeker’s 30 Metre Yacht Made World Debut at London 09

For the 37th consecutive year, Sunseeker International is exhibiting an impressive array of motoryachts at the 2009 London International Boat Show. Taking place at ExCeL from 9-18 January, Sunseeker’s display of luxurious yachts include three new world debut appearances, the new 30 Metre Yacht, and two new high-performance motoryachts Predator 64 and Predator 74 Sport.

Having launched four new models in 2008, including the highly desirable 86 Yacht and the Predator 92 Sport, Sunseeker today unveiled a stunning 30 Metre Yacht on the water.

Only Men Aloud! , the members of Britain's favourite choir performed a show stopping set onboard the luxurious 37 Metre Yacht. This culminated in Bee Gees legend Robin Gibb cutting the ribbon, and Sunseeker managing director Robert Braithwaite CBE officially launching the eagerly awaited 30 Metre Yacht on berth numbers D70-D74 - where a photo opportunity followed.

Sunseeker Managing Director Robert Braithwaite CBE said: "We have been eagerly awaiting the unveiling of the new 30 Metre Yacht - and having Only Men Aloud! and Robin Gibb at the launch will certainly make it a celebration. Sunseeker will be displaying four stunning yachts on the water including the 37 Metre and the 34 Metre, as well as many other models from the Sunseeker range on Stand S25."

Offering a pleasing blend of dynamic styling and leading-edge technology, the 30 Metre Yacht continues the theme of larger Sunseeker yachts. Providing flexible accommodation – up to ten guests and crew quarters for four – this luxurious yacht combines state-of-the-art navigation equipment, making it ideal for blue water cruising.

Cabins on both the lower and main decks have individual AV systems for personal entertainment, as well as layout options including a four-cabin lower deck arrangement providing a total guest sleeping capacity of 10 in five cabins. The master suite remains forward on the main deck for panoramic views.

Delivering speeds of up to 28 knots and a range at a slow cruising speed of 10 to 12 knots up to 1000 nautical miles with extended fuel capacity, the onboard luxury and entertainment is as you would expect from Sunseeker. The flybridge helm provides superb dual control exhilaration as well as practical docking, and the large deck expanse is home to seating areas, dining tables, sunpad and the option of specifying a spa tub.

Having launched four new models in 2008, including the highly desirable 86 Yacht and the Predator 92 Sport, Sunseeker will also be unveiling two new high-performance Predator motoryachts on stand S25.

A further 11 Sunseeker craft will be displayed at the show ranging from the 37 Metre Yacht and Predator 84 through to the Manhattan 60, Predator 52, Manhattan 52, Portofino 53 and Superhawk 43.
