New CMN Yachts 190ft Series
The CMN Yachts order book looks set fair for the next period with no less than three 190ft (58m) superyachts in various stages of production. All three luxury yachts share the same basic hull and bulkhead arrangement but with unique customisation of the interiors and styling changes to the superstructure and interior spaces.
Of particular interest, this series of yachts share features that include an owner’s suite with a panoramic lounge, a VIP suite with a private balcony. All have four cabins plus a fifth cabin which can double as a gymnasium.
The most advanced yacht has the gymnasium option, an air-conditioned al-fresco glazed area on the bridge deck and has the benefit of zero-speed Quantum stabilisers.
Also under construction is the second of the 190ft series, ‘Project 801’ which has been modified to suit the owner’s particular requirements. A strong visual impact will be the vertical windows for the wheelhouse and the panoramic lounge of the owner’s suite. To further make use of the panoramic views the fore main-deck bulwarks have been reduced in height to increase visibility. The yacht will have a dramatic appearance that will separate her from others in the series, due to the hull being in black with silver-grey superstructure.
The third yacht ordered in this series, ‘Project 802’ is in the design and development stage and is to be delivered at the beginning of 2009.
