Grand Soleil 42' ORC - Grand Prix Racing At Grand Soleil
From the Grand Soleil Racing Division Grand the long awaited GP 42' ORC is born. Exclusively designed by the renowned team of Botin e Carkeek, Grand Soleil has seven of these 'pure racer' models being built.

The GP 42' concept and design has already won over the most important people in action this year. Among these are Vasco Vascotto, Pedro Campos, Jan Santana, Doreste e Knut Fonstrand.

Extensive testing in wind tunnels, water tanks and a construction technology used on the best America's Cup boats in prepeg, will guarantee significant wins in these difficult and extraordinary box rule races. Grand Soleil will be an important protagonist at the next Copa del Rey with at least seven out of the ten boats in the water. The new GP 42' ORC is a true winner in the longstanding tradition of world championship racing at Grand Soleil.
