Beneteau Introduces The New Beneteau 46

Eagerly anticipated, the new Beneteau 46 designed by the naval architects Berret/Racoupeau with the stylizing collaboration of the design firm of Nauta Yachts, had her official American introduction at the Annapolis Sailboat show in October. The flowing, beautiful lines attract attention at first glance. Together with the Beneteau 49, this new model boldly leads the way for a new generation of Beneteau sailing yachts.

In the cockpit, the Beneteau 46 is appointed with two steering stations with navigation instruments nearby for ease of handling. When sailing, the feel of the helm, performance and comfort at sea is realized by all who have the pleasure to sail her. The Beneteau 46 and 49 skillfully blend high performance and balanced lines with well-proportioned space to create excellent, comfortable interior accommodations.

The spacious and luminous interior of the Beneteau 46 are highlighted with rich, light colored select Moabi hardwood and stainless steel to create an essence of warmth and contentment. Striking and stylish, the interior was created by Nauta Design. This year marks the beginning of Beneteau's partnership with this well respected team of international designers from Milan. Usually, it takes the budget of a mega yacht to have their vision below decks Ð but with the power of Beneteau, the superb talents of Nauta are able to be reflected in this model.
